Credit Executive - 120-200k salary - Temple/Waco TX DE12

Profile

Seeking a Credit Executive to join our team. This position is located in the Temple/Waco, Texas
market.
This role supports and manages a strong credit culture which promotes sound asset quality and a
favorable relationship with the OCC. Demonstrate analytical and leadership skills in order to provide
depth in the bank’s loan approval process, including participation in its loan committees. Support the
bank’s Credit Department and assist its analysts. Review loan policy, procedures, and operations
and recommend revisions, as appropriate. Provide input on regulations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
Experience:
Ten years combined experience in both commercial lending and credit analysis. Experience related to CRE and C&I lending is essential.
Minimums of 7 years of commercial credit and 1 year commercial lending experience. Formal credit training and Credit Management
supervisory experience a plus.

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal customers, and to thrive in a team
atmosphere.
Requirements
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Solid computer skills and experience with MS Office products, coding a plus ( Python, Visual Basics, Java).
• Understanding of accounting principles and ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
and tax returns
• Understanding of conservative lending concepts, policies and procedures
