FP&A Analyst
The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, and performance measurement support to the finance and accounting teams. This role will support the development of financial models, business plans, investment analyses, and strategies for the company's portfolio of assets.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial models, analysis, and forecasts to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio of assets and provide insights and recommendations to management.
Assist with the preparation of investor and board reports, including providing commentary and analysis on financial results.
Conduct market research and support the evaluation of acquisition, disposition, and financing strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including asset management, accounting, legal, and operations teams, to provide support for key business initiatives.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting as well as analyzing trend
Provide ad hoc analysis and support for special projects as required.
