Financial Reporting Manager (Fully Remote)
100% Remote!
$115,000-$145,000 Plus Bonus
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of SEC filings, including the 10-Qs, 10-K, earnings release and supplemental, subsidiary financial statements for regulatory compliance purposes, as well as internal management reporting.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and review of the Quarterly and Annual Reports on Form 10-Q/K, the quarterly earnings release and other SEC documents Coordination of annual audits and quarterly review activities of external auditors
Manage internal reporting calendar and communications with stakeholders to ensure deadline adherence
Help to monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide US GAAP interpretation, and prepare technical memorandums
Assist in monthly accounting close by supporting review of equity compensation, payroll and other corporate-related journal entries
Support month-end and quarter-end financial statement closing and preparation of management reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA license is preferred
Big 4 public accounting is a plus
4 years of technical accounting experience
Possess solid knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
