OverviewnThe Sr. Analyst, Commercial Analytics & Reporting is responsible for commercial performance measurement, ad hoc data reporting, and using data to answer key business questions. The role coordinates cross-functionally with Commercial leaders, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, and other relevant functions.n nThis role will supply business insights and performance metrics, such as new patients, new prescription conversion rate, adherence, persistency, total patients, etc., to Marketing, Sales, and Market Access leaders to enable them to assess the effectiveness of resource deployment and commercial tactics.  The role will be responsible for regularly reporting the key commercial business performance metrics to critical stakeholders across the organization.  In addition, this role will be responsible for ad hoc business analytics and reporting to support critical strategic projects on an as needed basis.n nNote:  This position is a remote-based role for candidates who are able to commute to PA for occassional meetings.nResponsibilitiesnn Perform regular (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.) reporting on key commercial performance indicators, such as new patients, new prescription conversion rate, adherence, persistency, total patients, etc. Critically assess the utility and relevance of reports and evolve reports as necessary to ensure they maintain their relevance.n Consistently track and report actual performance vs. forecast with insightful and clear commentary to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.n Support the development and maintenance of the demand forecast model for both existing commercial assets and future pipeline assets.n Perform ad hoc analyses to support the broader commercial strategic goals.n Serve as primary point of contact with 3rd party consultants and IT-business partners, as needed, to enhance data reporting. Develop and supply 3rd party consultants and/or IT-business partners with relevant business rules to enable accurate measurement and reporting of key metrics.nnQualificationsnn Bacheloru2019s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business Administration, Decision Sciences, Mathematics, or relevant degree) is required.n 3 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech analytical experience.is required.n Experience working with claims-level data, prescription-level data, and other sales data sources is highly preferred.n Ability to glean insights from various data sources, and accurately integrate data into performance reporting and forecasting models is important for success in this role.n Advanced analytics and data visualization skills using Excel for data analytics and modeling is required.  Experience using Tableau is preferred.n Exhibits a positive attitude and is proactively motivated to drive projects and initiatives forward from start-to-finish.n Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.n Strong informal and formal communication skills u2013 excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior management.n Well-developed business acumen and strategic agility. Able to develop and communicate timely business insights from the data, share and defend those insights.n Ability to think outside current processes and make recommendations.n Strong people skills and a solid team player.n Ability to work remote commute to PA when needed is required.nn n nPM18
