Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the team remotely. This position will provide DFMCP expertise to the HCRM Director to operationalize policy and procedure for the Department's financial management workforce. Additionally, the manager will support the Director in developing, maintaining, and executing business process for audits of certification approved by Preferred Component Certification Authorities as well as certification maintenance packages for Continuing Education and Training (CET) requirements. This position will manage DFMCP program management, DFMCP customer support, DFMCP certification online tools support, and DFMCP course management support. Qualifications Required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance, or relevant field of study Ability to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship) At least five years concurrent experience performing Department-level workforce management, trainging development, customer support, and/or system administration Preferred: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification or similar industry standard professional certification Overview With a focus on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services.
