Profile

Selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Controller and team in financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships along with various AP/AR liaison. They will collaborate with the operational and leadership teams to assist with information regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. This is a roll your sleeves up – onsite opportunity to become part of a large growing N America organization.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in finance/accounting with emphasis on general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Participate and partner in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with external audit information/compliance.
• Support financial planning and analysis efforts along with corporate level Q & A/Variance Analysis
• Work and liaise with team on development of overall accounting and business process/procedures
• Support business in Business License/Tax filings with various city, state, local and Federal jurisdictions
• Prepare and/or correct various balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Assist and support annual budget/FP&A
• Support treasury functions including cash forecast/requirements, cash management/reconciliation, working capital compliance with financial institution along with bank audits
