Our Corporate Finance Team functions at the heart of our company, working cross-functionally and directly with the executive team to drive enterprise-wide strategic topics of the highest impact and visibility. Responsibilities
FP&A Analytics
Works with cross-functional FP&A leaders, anticipates needs and makes recommendations for the vision for FP&A Analytics Strategy, aligned with the overall Finance Analytics strategy and plan.
Creates and leads overall multi-period project plan for the execution of the FP&A Analytics Strategy
Establishes and maintains control framework and process for the management of analytics master data in partnership with IT.
Enhanced partnership with CRO Consolidation & Reporting team to deliver new capabilities.
FP&A Transformation
Works with cross-functional FP&A leaders anticipates needs and makes recommendations for the vision for FP&A Transformation, with FP&A Analytics as initial transformation candidate
Leads process for evaluation and approval of FP&A Transformation projects
Creates and leads overall multi-period project plan for the execution of the FP&A Transformation Strategy
People Management
Leads a team that includes people managers who are accountable for the objectives of their team
Assesses and improves employee engagement
Responsible for hiring decisions, defining jobs responsibilities and balancing workloads
Responsible for defining objectives, quarterly conversations, performance counselling, coaching and career development
Responsible for succession planning recommendations and contributing to and driving the people development strategy
Qualifications
10 years experience in finance or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
Master's degree (MBA) preferred
CPA/CFA certification preferred
Innovation-focused and partnership-oriented
