The National Vertical Commercial Payments Advisor is a multi-faceted roll responsible for providing thought-leadership and guidance to Non-FNBO's commercial customers and prospects. The Commercial Payments Advisor is responsible for fully understanding the entire spectrum of payment strategies, processes and solutions and be able to persuasively articulate the full suite of benefits of a comprehensive solution set that includes, but is not limited to, Treasury Services, Commercial Card/Virtual Card/Integrated Payables, Global Banking and Merchant Services Solutions. The Commercial Payments Advisor will also be industry experts in the verticals FNBO is looking to serve, including but not limited to, Agriculture, Healthcare, Transportation, and Construction. The National Vertical Commercial Payments Advisor will manage the collaboration, education, and technology expertise across the Commercial Payments Organization to ensure all Business Units are always aligned to deliver a superior client experience. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing payments expertise and guidance to new prospective clients throughout all pre-sales, sales, and client implementation lifecycle experience. The National Vertical Commercial Payments Advisor will be an industry expert in in all payment methods, technologies, processes, strategies and solutions, to create best-class Commercial Payments solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our client's Commercial Payments requirements while overseeing strategy, implementation and execution.
This position will be in the North East US Region.
Strategically Demonstrate Commercial Payment Solutions
Fully understand and effectively articulate
the full suite of benefits of a comprehensive solution set that includes, but is not limited to, Treasury Services, Commercial Card/Virtual Card/Integrated Payables, Global Banking and Merchant Services Solutions
through sales presentations and product demonstrations to help prospects and customers understand the strategic benefits and what is possible with FNBO.
Maintain superior depth of knowledge in the industry verticals FNBO is looking to serve, including but not limited to
Agriculture, Healthcare, Transportation, and Construction.
Maintaining a subject matter expertise and depth of knowledge on the
entire spectrum of payment strategies, processes, solutions and strategies
to effectively communicate to internal stakeholders, prospects, and customers the functionality, utility and benefits of FNBO's Payments solution sets.
Fully understand the entire Payments continuum and convincingly articulate how FNBO's Commercial Payments Solutions create process efficiencies, improve working capital positions, and increased profitability for prospects and customers.

Confident and comfortable with customers and FNBO Stakeholders
Intellectually curious, with great problem-solving skills
Work one-on-one with all FNBO Teams responsible for selling Commercial Payments solutions, to develop Payments strategies for prospects with a constant focus on the larger opportunity.
Provide frequent and detailed communication and reporting to ensure proper awareness of Large Commercial Payments capabilities is well publicized throughout organization.
Effectively Close New Commercial Payment Opportunities
Be comfortable with talking about payment concepts, and explaining how FNBO's solution set works, both from a product feature functionality and process perspectives.
Be able to think on your feet and dive into helping our customers with all of their payment issues.
Excel at generating excitement around what FNBO is building within our prospects and customer base.
Enjoy the puzzle of solving open-ended problems, both individually and as a member of the larger team.
Empathize with clients and prospects of all experience levels to see through their questions to quickly grasp the issues they are facing.
Practice & promote integrity, ethical behavior and deliver a positive customer experience at all times
This position requires being able to travel 25% of the time.
Drive Accuracy and Speed to Revenue
Accurately complete all related sales paperwork to ensure a smooth transition for every new customer boarded
Work closely with implementations team to ensure flawless execution of new client setup and training
Work closely with all teams to ensure expected spend benchmarks are met with each new customer boarded
Maintain Customer Focus, Professionalism and Responsiveness with Partners, Bankers and their Clients
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience at all times
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent working experience in Technical Sales related field
5-7 years of experience working in a successful sales capacity
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing and at time complex priorities - experience in fast paced environments.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and presentation skills
Ability to network, develop and leverage relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
