Larkin Hoffman, the largest full-service business law firm in Bloomington, Minnesota, is seeking a highly motivated financial professional with 5 years of experience to join as an Executive member of our Business Operations Team as the Director of Finance. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Candidates must have ‎a background in leadership and management of an accounting department or financial analytics department. Larkin Hoffman provides a solid IT platform and sophisticated tools for financial management systems and performing financial analysis. Core responsibilities include general financial management, supervision of accounting staff, payroll, financial analysis and reporting, financial budgets and forecasts, and profitability analysis. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required, MBA preferred. A designation of CPA or CMA and professional services experience are preferred.
