**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Senior Proposal Compliance Analyst
to ensure compliance with customer requirements documents (RFPs, TORs) by reviewing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. proposal submissions at scheduled proposal color reviews. The Analyst will support document reviews that include Compliance Matrices, and Contracts, Small Business, Technical/Management, and Pricing proposal volumes. The Analyst will assist in identifying and remediating risk for assigned proposals, partners with proposal team members to identify proposal issues and determine/suggest areas for improvement and assist in developing best practices and guidelines and provide additional support to the proposal team as needed.

Responsibilities
Support proposal team color reviews
Review proposal requirements documents (Instructions, Evaluation Criteria, SOW/PWS)
Maintain proposal compliance by researching and communicating requirements
Research regulations by reviewing FAR/FDAwhen necessary
Assist Director of Proposal Compliance in providing ongoing evaluation of compliance program effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Five years' experience in compliance analysis, auditing, or as a proposal compliance analyst
Strong knowledge of RFP and proposal process is required.

Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret and higher
Desired Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of government acquisition regulations
Active TS/SCI security clearance preferred, to support reviews inside of a SCIF
Colorado Salary Minimum: $53,081.60
Colorado Salary Maximum:$113,484.80
