Role:
A national professional services organization that is headquartered here in the Greater Philadelphia Area is looking to add an internal corporate Financial Business Analyst. This individual reports up to a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help support finance and accounting with annual forecasting, investor relations, projections, reporting, analytics, data integrity, etc. This person will be a key liaison between Accounting, finance, sales, operations, and IT.
Responsibilities:
Assist the FP&A Manager to help support annual forecasts, budgeting, business analytics, projection, and reporting
Be a key liason between Accounting, finance, operations, sales, and IT
Provide analytic support
Create, build, and modify financial models
Collaborate with IT to help streamline financial processes, improve financial systems, and help design customized reporting
Monitor, update, and report findings for all Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong Excel skills - pivot tables, V-Lookups, Macros, etc.
Prior experience working within a large ERP system (Ex. Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
2 years of financial business analysis experience within a large national or global company
Ability to work longer hours at times
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base salary, 15-20% Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K match program, profit sharing, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more!
Working Situation:
This will be a Hybrid situation with 3 days in the office and 2 days’ work from home.
