The Proposal Compliance Director
is a key leadership position within the Proposal Operations organization and instrumental in establishing a Compliance First culture in **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. The Director will manage and lead a staff of Compliance Analysts who are responsible for ensuring **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. proposal submissions are responsive and comply with customer requirements documents (RFPs, TORs)

Team Leadership Responsibilities Include:
Provide oversight and leadership to the Compliance team.
Monitor and understand the Compliance request pipeline and prioritize requests for resources.
Lead the team through job specific goal setting, performance tracking, mentoring, and career progression activities to position the team and individuals for long-term success.
Track, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate work assignments to keep the team highly utilized.
Judicious escalation of risks to the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Leadership team.
Develop a **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Compliance Program that establishes a compliance first culture and includes best practices and guidelines for best in class compliance reviews.
Ongoing evaluation of compliance program effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance Management Responsibilities Include:
Analyze RFP documents (Instructions, Evaluation Criteria, and SOW/PWS) and provide pursuit teams with guidance on the compliance strategy.
Attend Kickoff meetings to help the pursuit team understand on their role in in the compliance process and what tools they should employ to confirm proposal compliance when participating in reviews.
Review the Compliance Matrices for completeness and participate in follow on color reviews to ensure compliance of Contracts, Small Business, Technical/Management, and Pricing proposal volumes.
Identify and document proposal compliance issues and provide suggestions with how to comply with requirements.
Identify and assist in remediating risks for assigned proposals.
Stay current on FAR and FAR supplements.
Be a recognized expert in all aspects of proposal compliance.
Strong knowledge of the Business/Proposal Development Process is required.
Requirements analysis and interpretation skills required (technical, financial, contractual, and administrative).
Strong working knowledge of government acquisition regulations.
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills required.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
BS/BA in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
12 to 15 years experience in compliance analysis, auditing, or as a Proposal Compliance Analyst, with at least six plus years as a manager.
Possess current Secret clearance and ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Colorado Salary Minimum: $118,268.80
Colorado Salary Maximum:$252,844.80
