Job Description:
You will direct the operations of client eligibility verification, financial counseling, accounts receivable (AR) and collections, utilization review, reimbursement denial management, client information management and charge description master file maintenance. You will work with Information Systems team to support the design and maintenance of the software systems related to revenue cycle management. You will develop collaborative and productive relationships within and outside the organization relating to revenue cycle management. You will ensure regulatory requirements are met to reduce risk and ensure maximum revenue collectability. You will also spend time to monitor revenue cycle performance indicators and resolve issues to ensure revenue cycle performance.

Do you have experience coordinating revenue cycle interaction with the operations and revenue producing teams?
Have you develop, document, and implement procedures for practice support and overall management of the revenue cycle process?

Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field
Seven (7) years of experience, including management and supervisory roles in revenue cycle or health care operations
Experience with revenue cycle operations and comprehensive knowledge base of one or more areas of patient access, health information management, billing, reimbursement, managed care, charge capture or other revenue management function
Compensation/Benefits
Compensation:
$87,535 - $100,963 Annualize
